CONSTITUTION OF LIVING HOPE ASSEMBLY

WE BELIEVE:

            That God’s purpose is to seek and to save that which is lost, those who will accept salvation through Jesus Christ and worship God, endeavoring to grow into the image of his son Jesus Christ.  To be an example to others, glorifying God for salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord.

            That these believers constitute the body or church of Jesus Christ built and established upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ being the chief cornerstone.

            That these members are directed to assemble themselves for worship, fellowship, counsel and instruction in the Word of God so as to lead a life representative of God being a witness and a light to others.

            That these believers are to recognize and promote scriptural methods and order for worship, unity, fellowship, work and business for God.  To disapprove unscriptural methods, doctrines and conduct endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:13)
